I brought my 2007 Titan in because a big box store messed it up during an oil change and it was leaking like crazy. After 4 trips to the big box store they told me to take it to a dealer. I am glad I took it to Venice Nissan. Maria was great. She helped us and was a total professional the whole time. Just returning from a 2400 mile Evacuation Trip, my car was plastered with Love Bug Carcasses. Just a mess! Along with with oil change and tire rotation, they actually cleaned up the mess on the front of my car. An unexpected delight!

The service Dept is the heart of this dealership! I have owned several Nissans in the past and the reason IS the qualified, friendly staff. I have never encountered any issues which could not be remedied by these trained professionals. This department runs a tight schedule, making sure the customer is not inconvenienced, always offering alternatives if there are unforeseen delays. I had an emergency repair cause my shift was defective & stopped shifting Chris fit my car in for emergency repair as I couldn't move car, called & arranged coverage with my extended warrenty company. Then he arranged for a rental so I could get home while repair occured Later stopped by my house te retreive very expesive tool serviceman had let me use to manually override my "shift lock" system to move car. All service people went beyond what was necessary to help me get my car "shifting" again & on the road! Thrilled ...

Chris gave me 2 options for new tires and I selected the ones he recommended. I had 58,000 miles on the car and he suggested a front end alignment, which turned out to be necessary. He is very good at explaining the computer analysis of the car which they do with every oil change. He provides very excellent service.

Asked for a service & check up of my Nissan which was running well. Chris was friendly and helpful. Loved that offered a free car wash. Unfortunately, I needed two new tires and lots of fluids changed coming to nearly $500 so declined until I check around for comparison prices.

Venice Nissan makes it impractical to get your car serviced anywhere else. The dealership is always running specials that are real money savers and then they throw in a car wash. My Murano gets what it needs and looks great when they are thru!

Literally the best buying experience we've ever had. We not only found exactly what I was looking for (hard to find Jeep Wrangler 6 speed) and got a fair price, but the salesman was prompt, friendly, did not pressure us, and was quick in responding to calls and texts. We had to drive from another city and kept the dealership open after hours while we made our purchase, and they couldn't have been friendlier--did not rush us, and checked on us a few days later to make sure we were happy with our car.
