I brought my 2007 Titan in because a big box store messed it up during an oil change and it was leaking like crazy. After 4 trips to the big box store they told me to take it to a dealer. Chris gave me 2 options for new tires and I selected the ones he recommended. I had 58,000 miles on the car and he suggested a front end alignment, which turned out to be necessary. He is very good at explaining the computer analysis of the car which they do with every oil change. He provides very excellent service.

Venice Nissan makes it impractical to get your car serviced anywhere else. The dealership is always running specials that are real money savers and then they throw in a car wash. My Murano gets what it needs and looks great when they are thru!

Literally the best buying experience we've ever had. We not only found exactly what I was looking for (hard to find Jeep Wrangler 6 speed) and got a fair price, but the salesman was prompt, friendly, did not pressure us, and was quick in responding to calls and texts. We had to drive from another city and kept the dealership open after hours while we made our purchase, and they couldn't have been friendlier--did not rush us, and checked on us a few days later to make sure we were happy with our car.
